1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Custom-made or personalized products
    • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
    • Gift cards

2. Return Process

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return items without obtaining a RAN, as they will not be accepted.
  • Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
  • Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Clearance Items: Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Wear and Tear: Products showing signs of regular wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care are not eligible for return or refund.

6. International Returns

  • Customs and Duties: If you are returning an item from outside India, you are responsible for ensuring the package is properly labeled as a return and for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. These charges are not refundable by Fab Wood.
  • Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, if the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process outlined above.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
